「若者の街」ブギスに行ってきました。
大きなショッピングモールが立ち並ぶエリアで、ブギス駅のそばにブギスジャンクション、ブギス＋、ブギスストリートがあります。
ランチのお店選びも悩むほど、たくさんレストランがありました。今回はインターネットで評判が良さそうだった、日本洋食レストラン「MA MAISON」へ。
ランチセットの金額もお手頃で、量も十分あり、すごく良かったです。デザートも充実してそうで、リピートしたいレストランになりました。
お腹いっぱいになったところで、次はショッピング。服屋さんや雑貨屋さんをメインに歩き回りました。
ブギスジャンクションの中のアーケードは、清潔感があり開放的で、雰囲気がとても良い場所でした。リーズナブルな服屋さんや可愛い雑貨屋さんもあったので、また来たいと思います。
カフェにも立ち寄らず4時間くらいうろうろしていたかも…。
最終的にはカフェ難民になり、気になっていたパンケーキ屋さんに入れず（belle-ville）、次回のお楽しみとなってしまいました。
ブギスの周りには、アラブストリートや、可愛い壁画のあるハジレーンなど、見どころがたくさん。今回行きそびれたカフェやお店と合わせて、またブギスを訪れようと思います。
I went to Bugis, popular for young people. There’re several big shopping malls in this area, Bugis Junction, Bugis+, and Bugis Street.
And there’re many restaurants, so it was difficult to choose one for lunch. This time, I went to MA MAISON, Western Japanese food. It was excellent. The price was reasonable, and the quality and quantity were enough. I didn’t order any desserts this time, but there were lots of desserts.
After lunch, I went shopping. I walked around to search for clothes and knick-knacks. Especially, I liked the arcade at Bugis Junction. It was clean, and I felt open. There were many good clothes shops and variety shops. I guess I wandered there for four hours. Lastly, I planned to go to the café I wanted to, but the pancake café was too crowded. I was disappointed.
There are more places around Bugis, like Arab Street, Haji Lane, which has cute wall paintings, etc. I want to visit Bugis again.
