車出すのでお出掛けしましょう♪と誘われて、連れて行ってもらったのは、こちら。
ジュロンエリアの工業団地の中にぽつりと佇むスズキコーヒー。
工場がカフェ直結となっている、めずらしいお店です。
予備知識なしに行ったのですが、まず外観がかわいい！
これは内装にも期待が高まります。
店内は「和」という感じで、まるで京都の抹茶のカフェにいるような気持ちになりました。
実際、抹茶の飲み物もオススメではあるそうですが、今回はホットラテを注文。
他のコーヒーにはないような、香ばしい味に感動！
いつもスターバックスラテ一択の夫も、美味しいと大絶賛でした。
お昼頃になると2時間待ち程度の長蛇の列となるそう。
今回は朝一に来店したので、ゆっくり楽しむことができました。
あと驚いたのが、現地スタッフも含めて接客が丁寧だったこと、トイレも含めて清掃が行き届いていたこと。シンガポールは国としても綺麗なほうなのは確かですが、それでも日本ほど清潔感があることはめったにありません。
お店は辺鄙なところにあるので、なかなか訪れるのは難しいかもしれません。
ですが、フェアプライス（シンガポールのスーパーマーケット）に数種類コーヒー粉が売っているので、気軽に手に入れることができそうです。
My friend told my husband and me, ‘I’ll drive you, so let’s go together.’ And we went to this café, it’s at Jurong’s industrial park. This café is unique, directly connected to the factory.
I didn’t know anything about the café. So I was surprised that the cafe has a cute exterior. I thought I could have high expectations interior.
The atmosphere inside was like ‘wa,’ as though I was at a matcha café in Kyoto. Actually, this café recommends a matcha drink. But this time, I ordered a hot latte.
I was impressed by the roasted taste. My husband, who always ordered only a Starbucks latte, also prised the Suzuki coffee.
This café becomes crowed around noon. But this time, we came in the morning, so we could relax at the café. Surprisingly, the staffs were polite, and the café was so clean, including the toilet. I indeed think Singapore is a clean country, but there’re few restaurants as clean as Japan.
This café is too far to visit easily. But this brand has several types of coffee for paper drip. So I can get them anytime at FairPrice.
