お肉とご飯をかき混ぜながら食べる「ビーフペッパーライス（S$7.5）」

これは断言できますが、シンガポール人はサーモンが大好きです。
味
いずれもアツアツの鉄皿で提供され、最後の一口まで熱いままのステーキが楽しめます。
肉々しく、味が濃い目なので、がっつり食べたいときにぴったりです。
また、にんにくが効いていてクセになるペッパーペーストとステーキソースが売りだそう。
日本人の口に合うのは間違いないですが、世界各国で愛されるお店になっています。

2017年に家族旅行でシンガポールに来たとき、「フードコートでこのクオリティのご飯が食べられるなんて、さすがシンガポールやな～」と感動したのがペッパーランチでした。
そして帰国後、似たようなもの日本でも食べられないのかな、と検索すると、なんと…
当時は知らなかったのですが、日本で165店舗あるそうです（Wikipediaより）。
コロナの影響もあり、閉店となっている店舗もあるみたいです。
日本で一時流行っていた「いきなりステーキ」も系列店でした。

I didn’t know that there were a lot of outlets in Japan. Unfortunately, some of them are closed because of the COVID-19.
